Terms & Conditions

1. The HP ProLiant 21st Anniversary quiz is open to HP employees only. All entrants must have a valid HP e-mail address.
2. The quiz will take place Monday to Friday, commencing 8th August 2011 and ending on 5th September (21 days in total).
3. To enter the prize draw participants must answer the day’s question correctly.
4. There are 21 daily prizes of £25 worth of Amazon voucher available. Participants who enter the quiz on each of the 21 days will be automatically entered into a draw to win an HP Mini PC.
5. Only one entry per person, per day is allowed.
6. The prize winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received. The prize draws shall take place daily between 9th August 2011 and ending on 6th September 2011. Winners will be notified by e-mail.  Details of winners will published on the promotional website and will also be available on request as of 12th September 2011 by emailing promotions@out-bound.co.uk. By entering this competition you agree to your details being published in this manner.
7. All prizes are offered subject to availability. In the event of a prize not being available the promoters reserve the right to substitute a gift of equivalent or higher value. No cash or credit alternatives are available.
8. HP reserves the right to confirm identification of entrants.
9. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of HP and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution. HP accepts no liability for entries that are lost, misdirected, damaged or illegible, except in the event of negligence, fault or deliberate acts or omissions on the part of HP or its agents. HP is not liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind.  
10. Promotion void where taxed, regulated, restricted or prohibited by law.

12. HP reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this draw at any time without notice.
13. This prize draw is governed by English Law.
